Group Ballet Experience
Join a Real Ballet Class in Tokyo
Experience an authentic ballet class at a local ballet studio in Tokyo.
Join our friendly adult beginner ballet class and enjoy the atmosphere of a real ballet lesson in Japan.No previous ballet experience is necessary.
After the class, you will learn a short piece of choreography and have a chance to dance and take photos. Finish your experience with a special photo session in front of our ballet backdrop and receive a Ballet Experience Certificate.

バレエを通して心も身体も健やかに美しく成長できるよう指導をしてくださっています。娘が3歳の頃からお世話になっていますが、レッスン渋りをしたことがありません。先生やお友達、先輩方と一緒にレッスンすることを毎週楽しみにしています。昨年のコンサートでは舞台に立つことの面白さだけではなく、それまでの過程がいかに大切で有意義なことであるかを存分に経験させてくださいました。コンサートでのmika先生のバレエの美しさにはとても感動しました。毎年開催されるハロウィンレッスンやクリスマスコンサートも子供はもちろん、親の私にとっても特別な時間になっています。長くお世話になりたいです。
先生のアドバイスが素晴らしいです。先生がアドバイスしてくださったことを意識して踊ってみると、体が動きやすくなります。先生のアドバイスはとてもわかりやすく、バレエでおどる上で大切なことを吸収できます。アットホームな雰囲気で、年齢関係なくみんな仲がいいからです。毎回、注意をしてくださる際に、1人に注意するのではなくみんなにその内容を共有してくださいます。そのおかげで、自分がその技を出来ていたとしてもさらにその技をグレードアップできるようになると思います。私はバレエを途中で中断したことがあり、3年ほどのブランクがあったのですが、3年前に継続していた時よりもはるかに踊りやすくなり、バレエをすることへの達成感も大きくなりました。
小学生の娘が通わせていただいておりますが、一人一人のことを本当によく見て、あたたかくやわらかく接してくださっています。 クラスが上がる際には、難しいことが出てきてめげそうな娘の気持ちもすぐに気付いて寄り添っていただきました。 また、発表会で先生が踊ってくださったときは本当に美しくて先生が音楽のようでずっと印象に残っています。 スタジオのお兄さん、お姉さん方もみなさん本当に優しく接してくださっていて、憧れです。
大変優しく丁寧な、子どもの気持ちに寄り添って指導してくださる先生です。始めたばかりの頃は緊張して泣いてしまうこともありましたが、優しく見守ってくださいました。お陰様で今ではレッスンが楽しみになっており、技術面だけでなく精神的にも成長していると感じます。バレエを始めたい方、ぜひオススメの教室です！心温まる雰囲気の先生です。
